Not perfect but great customer service!
I bought a 2024 Rolex Batman that was listed as unworn, but after receiving it and having it looked at, I found out that the watch had actually been polished. I reached out to them about it and they mentioned that they had likely missed the polishing when they inspected the watch. Obviously I was pretty disappointed at first since I specifically paid for an unworn watch. But I do have to give them credit for how they handled it. They let me return the 2024 and replaced it with a brand new 2026 that is actually unworn and unpolished. The situation definitely could have been avoided if it was caught from the beginning, but mistakes happen and they made it right in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled the issue and with the replacement watch I received.
