Easy communication, felt a bit uneasy transferring this amount of money upfront to save on credit card fees but glad I did. Received my explorer 40 in mint condition a couple of days later. Would buy through them again

I purchased two Rolex watches this year (2025) from The Timeless Collector and highly recommend this company. It was my first experience with an online watch purchase and I was a bit nervous Both watches were as described, in beautiful condition and delivered with care. Additionally, the customer service provided by Nicolas was exceptional and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

I was looking for a specific Rolex and the associates at The Timeless Collector were fantastic and quickly sourced the watch and overnighted it to me to ensure we had it on time for the retirement celebration.

I purchased a 2018 "Unworn" Submariner Rolex (Hulk version) from Timeless, and EVERYTHING was on-point! From the customer service to the authenticity of the online ad. I couldn't be happier! If I'm ever in the market again, this will be my first stop!
