Title: Understanding The help I need from my Resources! At first I thought she was a little too stern at the beginning but knowing what the company stood for and her representation I began to understand what her expectations were for me and what I needed to do to accomplished this task so we could complete this project, (TAXES). Understanding this we continued going forward to do this task of completing the taxes.

The only thing they did was take our money! The minimal work they did was incorrect. IRS verified this. Went to Tax Tiger after, they were great.
