They have a trouble returning phone…
They have a trouble returning phone calls and I had to deal with three or four different people since I started my case. I had set it up from the start to make payments to them to satisfy my obligation to them then once they said my case was finalized they wanted me to pay in full what I owed them.

I am very sorry that you had a tough time speaking with the staff. We have hired more people and additional resources to make certain that not one client feels as if we aren't there for them when they call. We understand that office hours are often not enough to cover the work flow of the entire country. There is no excuse but to say we appreciated your business and we hope that you would give us another chance if you had issues in the future.
