ISSUES IN 2018 RESOLVED.
We had some issues with my tax preparation, but to be honest I was under a lot of pressure and didn’t follow all the instructions that The Tax Defense Group sent me. I am at tax time again, and after getting results from Pet Scan that I may have lung cancer - I started reviewing my tax docs for this year. While doing that and thinking back on last year i wrote an unfair review. I replaced it with a good review as they did try and resolve my issues. Anyone who has their tax info together would benefit from the team at the TAX DEFENSE GROUP. Good luck and Peace, Robert

They have a trouble returning phone…
They have a trouble returning phone calls and I had to deal with three or four different people since I started my case. I had set it up from the start to make payments to them to satisfy my obligation to them then once they said my case was finalized they wanted me to pay in full what I owed them.

We have hired more people and additional resources to make certain that not one client feels as if we aren't there for them when they call. We understand that office hours are often not enough to cover the work flow of the entire country.
