The Swiss ColonyReviews of theswisscolony.com

Just copy and paste all the other complaints about ordering early for Christmas and not getting your gift when promised. Also, somebody needs to have a history lesson as to why a shipment that is coming from Wisconsin will go to Texas and then to Kansas and then back to Texas and then back to Kansas.

They have no customer service! Order placed on December 22 arrives January 6! Unacceptable and canceled credit card payment

Absolutely the worst gift company I have ever dealt with. Their on line ordering website is difficult to navigate and when I called customer service I was connected with someone who barely spoke English. In all I spent over 8 hours trying to straighten out my order and it is still unresolved. I asked them to remove me from their mailing list and will never deal with them again.

I would give zero stars if I was able. Placed an order and received an email stating that it was accepted and shipping date. Never received and I called customer service, and they stated the credit card did not go through. No call or email stating that they canceled the order without notification. Will never order from them again. On another note, the shipping is outrageous. It was half of what the original order was.

Horrible shipping. Fedex had the product 2 weeks and then it took another week to hand it to usps?

Thank You for Your Order #78562882 I have a major problem with Swiss Colony. I ordered almost $200 worth of gifts for Christmas from them. On my bill it states “You've qualified for free shipping”. To me free shipping means I don't pay for shipping. My shipping came to $53.30. Next to “You've qualified for free shipping” it says click here. I did and I felt that I now was getting free shipping. I guess my mistake. My bank was charged $248.34. At the time I thought nothing about the charge thinking that soon there would be an adjustment made to my account at the bank. That was on December 12, 2025 when I placed the order. It's now December 19. There has been no adjustment. No shipping refund has occurred. All my gifts from Swiss Colony have been shipped. Today I called to find when my refund would appear. I was told that “Free Shipping” wasn't what that meant. It meant I got “Perks” or a rebate. I was in disbelief. I said I have the bill right here and it states free shipping. He tells me that it is confusing. He goes on further to tell me that the person who posted that message doesn't really know English that well. And I said again, stating “you've qualified for free shipping” means exactly that...free shipping. There is no misinterpreting the message. I'm sure this call was recorded. I'm very disappointed in Swiss Colony. I'm not planning to ever use Swiss Colony again.

How is this company still in business? I ordered two gifts to be sent to a relative and to myself on 12/12/25 online, and followed up by phone with CS to make sure everything was in order the same day. Was told it was all good and they'd be delivered on 12/20. Today arrives and nothing. I check order status and call them and am told, "oh sorry, one could not be delivered and the other is no longer available". What?? But they said when I ordered everything was good, and I received no communication in the interim to inform me there was a problem. Now I'm stuck with this awkward situation of nothing for my brother, and the disappointment of no little treat for myself, and this is a particularly sad holiday for us both anyway. Swiss Colony should go out of business for the apparent frequency of their lousy "service" and practices. Beware of them and don't rely on them to come through. Oh, and the spam emails are voluminous!

We ordered 2 large gifts from Swiss colony the order was canceled by Swiss colony for some odd reason (they can not give us the reason because all information is correct). Swiss colony did not send a text email or call to let us know what had happened. As we were going through the gift list we noticed our gifts had not shipped. we called and spoke to a customer service rep who informed us that they could ship gifts but it would not arrive till after Christmas (not acceptable as these are Christmas gifts) Asked to do the 2 day shipping that they were advertising they were offering on the web page were told that was for a specific 5 items. OK non of those were what we wanted. We asked to speak to a supervisor as this was not our fault all information in our file is correct. She (the agent) placed us on hold, came back and said the supervisor doesn't take calls on the weekend. WHAT!!!!! Your telling me that during the most busiest time of year there is not a supervisor to talk to. I have never heard such a bold face lie in my life. I will never ever do business with this company again. They took customer service to a all new low with me were is the zero stars
