I’ve been scammed by this company. I’ve never heard of this company until I received a pair of Bluetooth headphones from them that I didn’t order, three weeks later I just received a bill in the mail for them. I called customer service after I got them alerting them to their mistake and was told they have no record of this and to keep them. Now I’m being charged for this. Unethical to say the least.

I cannot believe that I have to take the time to complain about a candy company something that supposed to bring you joy and memories by smells and suites that said I have to say this to everybody Swiss colony is one of the most disrespectful disingenuous argumentative abrasive dishonest trade tactics mismarketing products December 2025 myself disabled and my son disabled chose to have a Swiss colony appetizer Buffay spent a few hundred dollars long of it we ate two sausages and eat it up with the most severe diarrhea that when we farted it was all in our beds it was disgusting it ruined Christmas for the next two days I called them I let them know the problem total mistakes happen it’s all good and I didn’t ask for no money back I told him things happen I just thought they should know but they gave me a little discount which was fine but I never asked for it and I never tried to assume nothing my son and I were both ill that said last night about 1030 I decided to order from Swiss colony for items when I woke up nine hours later I decided to cancel the order I called a regular customer service and I’m calling at 10 o’clock in the morning less than 10 hours after that placing the order I asked to cancel and they give me ridiculous rebuttals like we can’t cancel that it’s already been shipped him because you have an account we automatically send it immediately faster than other orders can you hear all these excuses so you call corporate office you enlighten them about the situation they assure you they cancel the order then four hours later you get a call from some abrasive arrogant woman who does not identify herself just said she’s with Swiss colony and that the package had been sent and whoever told me what they told me didn’t know what they were talking about and that I was going to have to take it I had no choice and then if I didn’t want it I could take it to a church or donate it to somebody and then send them the receipt so that I could be credited are you kidding me these people with these kind of trade practices and their low rating and with the right person with the big mouth could really put a shine on them and this is just a start they are so desperate for business they are not consistent in any of the excuses they changed every timeBeware of these products you can get severely sick from their sausages they do not live up to their delivery standards and they just simply don’t care boycott Swiss colony and their comp side company

I am so dissatisfied with Swiss Colony! I tried to make a payment three times online with it saying their system wasn’t working. So I called to make a payment by phone and they said their system wasn’t working. I was transferred to customer service & they charged me an additional $3 to make payment, which of course went through with me being charged $3 more. I closed my account & will never do business with them again!

Do not give this company your credit card information!! I just found out when you order something they automatically sign you up for this "PERKS PROGRAM" and then every month will be deducting money out of your account. This is extremely bad business !!!!

Have purchased peti fours for years for family members. Every holidays I would recieve multiple catalogs. Each year, right on the cover, my full name, address and how much my credit had gone up. Never once, ever used. Purchased always with my debit card. I started receiving bills right after Christmas. All thief have to do it steel your mail, they have your full name, address, make a fake e mail and start spending. The account Swiss family made up for me without one signature or even my knowing. They do not give a shit who is spending it. They actually sent me the addresses of where the shit was sent. I feel there fine company is in on it. Please, if you recieve one of there catalogs, despose of it and cancel your account at once. Once I did this, I recieved a Montgomery Wards catalog with the same address as Swiss. Credit attached. This entire company is a scam. Must be owned by tRump. After over 20 years of purchase, I would NEVER recommending this fake company. My next move is my Attorney General and BBB.

If I could give no stars, I would. My daughter ordered us petit fours and on their website, it said "delivery by 2/14" but we did not receive them until 2/19 and they are stale. They will not issue a refund without the hassle of sending them back. Really bad service and just another money hungry corporation that doesn't stand behind their product or service principals.

Very distrustful. Was told they would work with me on an affordable payment arrangement and then backed out of the deal. I was a customer for over 10 years and they pull this stunt. Also when I ordered a specific item I received the wrong item entirely. So I returned the incorrect item just to find out that the item i ordered they discontinued it and no longer carry it, yet it was listed on their web page. I do not recommend this mail order company to anyone due to the company doesn't want to work with their customers.

I ordered some product in November. Today a $16.95 charge appeared on my Visa. The explanation was that I signed up for a perks program and it had a 30 day free trial. Once trail was over a 16.95 charge. First, I never signed up for perks, second they never sent me any emails to confirm or explain. Never sent communication advising free trail over. Just charge me and hope I don't notice. This is a scam and swiss colony should be ashamed for taking g advantage of senior citizens. Buyer beware.
