I placed an order a couple of hours before they closed, and tried to cancel first thing in the morning. I emailed before they opened and the tracker said the order is being prepared. I didn't get a response; therefore, I called again. The woman said she would check with people above her, and she came back and said the order had shipped. I believe that was not true because the site showed the order was still being prepared several hours after that conversation. I would not order from this company again. The site says it is easy to cancel, but there was no cancel button and they didn't respond to calls or the email until they said the order was shipped. I ordered things that needed to stay refrigerated and realized I needed to order things that did not. I planned to cancel order and reorder, but will never deal with this company againu.

I have called to speak to a customer service rep and all I kept getting was the same recording. System tells me to press 0, but it did not work. Trying to make sure of delivery date, because I did not put it on form. Since I could not get to a place to put in delivery date, I will be returning merchandise if it arrives too late. They need to improve their phone services.

Love the products. Hate that I’ve had my credit ran three times with an open account. Customer service said they could do that at any time, then they said that twice I have had two accounts open, even though I have signed into my account to place the new orders. Will never use again. Don’t need the extra three inquires on my credit report. They REFUSE to fix it. Made it seem that both times it was my fault. I changed my name with them after a marriage and was then told on two different occasions of them running my credit again, that it was due to my name change. Their system is flawed and I will NEVER order again. I’m disputing them with the credit bureaus and reporting to the better business bureau and attorney generals office. I may even contact an attorney.

While their stuff is tasty buying anything is a total ripoff. Thought about ordering a few things recently but once I added everything to the cart they were wanting almost $40 for shipping alone. Their shipping rates have always been ridiculous but that was like double then what I had paid in years past. Mentioned to them on Facebook how their shipping rates have doubled. Got a very rude response and all it said was "if you don't want to pay it you don't have to order anything from us". Never again. Would never recommend them to anyone now!

This company supposedly gave a $300 credit limit after I paid my Christmas order on time. I placed an order for some kitchen items for my new place totaling $169. They tell me thar I had to pay my order upfront to get it shipped. Why give someone a credit limit and then I can't use it. I canceled my order and told them to close my account.

Ordered on 01/11, told to be delivered by 01/19. 01/17/23 arrives in Houston in route to Bandera TX. 01/23/23 order still in Houston. Contacted FedEx and Swiss Colony, neither will respond. Called Swiss Colony, hit prompt for Cust Service, hung up on me twice. Contacting my bank tomorrow.

Promised Christmas delivery and the item never arrived. Paid over $20 for shipping! Customer service told me it will take another 2 weeks to arrive and if it's stale upon delivery to donate it to the Salvation Army. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and go to Hickory Farms. Awful people and company to deal with.

Thank you for ruining my Christmas. I made an order and you will not honor it. You told me to make a payment or else you would not send my order. I thought I was getting credit. Now I have to explain to some People that I have no Present For them. I bet you donot have this problem! You are a very unreliable Company and I will no longer order from You!
