THEY SUCK! Enough said.

Dunning me for a bogus charge and have turned it over to a collection service. DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPANY******* Update: when a company has a 79% one star rating, don’t walk away, RUN!

The Swiss Colony has been maddening and frustrating to deal with for several years now! Orders -shipped by fedex- often never arrive or they go to someone else's address and attempts to have Swiss Colony fix the problems go unanswered and so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card. And they do not make up for your bad experiences in any way like with a courtesy shipment, coupon, or discount. They have been steadily getting worse the last few years and so I will no longer do business with them and I urge others to save yourself the aggravation and unhappiness and do the same!

I give them 1 star..I get on my account says no balance due but I knew i had a balance..Call them .. talked to automation.. said i wanted to pay the full balance.. then after i paid the full balance she says you have an upcoming payment in 4 days.. after i told her to pay the full balance..this place is shady

Only gave it 1 because you can’t have 0. This is by far the worst Swiss colony we’ve ever ordered, and it was for a family Mother’s Day party! The cakes had this hard frosting that was tasteless. We will never ever order from them again. $180.- order of crap!

Swiss Colony and all of their companies owned by them, better known as Colony Brands Inc. are viscous and care nothing about their existing credit holders. They will strip you of all your existing available credit, regardless how you have been a really good customer! And why, you may ask? They recently purchased another company called Ameri Mark( I think this is how it's spelled) and I had problems with that particular company.So now because they purchased THAT company, I am being punished! I am a 77 year old widow who is just trying to take care of my credit and life as well as I am able to. And now because of Colony Brands, I have this hanging over my head!! I can not tell anyone who to buy from, but I would advise you to think twice before opening credit with ANY of their companies.Especially Swiss Colony. Their prices are steep and their shipping costs are outrageous!! But more importantly,because of certain circumstances that may be beyond your control such as myself, they will try to crush you without giving you or your existence a second thought! I have reported them to CFBP. They may not be able to help me, But at least I am trying to help others to avoid the heartache I am living through... Oh and by the way, they do link all of your accounts( same last 4 numbers) together. So if you have a problem with one of your accounts, it effects them all.

I applied for the credit, put in all my information and then added the delivery address for the person it was going to, they sent the bill to that person! Then, I couldn’t get on and get any information to even pay the dang bill. Also, the portions on that expensive tray were so tiny. Not worth the cost by any means.

I ordered Swiss Colony (I believe for Christmas), and I set up an account, and used my credit card to pay. Imagine my surprise when I find out that SC pulled a soft inquiry! I didn't set up a credit line at SC, nor am I making payments to them. They did not need to do a soft pull. I won't ever be using them again, and I will be deleting the account I have with them.
