I am absolutely so annoyed with swiss colony. I have used them for years this year So many mistakes were made it's ridiculous. One of my orders was shipped to New York, I live in Illinois. When I called them the items that I needed were no longer available. One of the supervisors spoke to me in a very condescending manner, And actually laughed at the experience.Commenting that new york is nowhere close to illinois. I had to rethink what I wanted to order.The other items that I decided on were also out of stock. On my first order I received an item that was damaged. When I called About the damaged item they were out of that item as well. I called today to check on the status of another order That order Was also scheduled to be delivered to New York I understand it's their busiest time.However if you know this then you get enough people to take care of your customers properly. If I could give less than one star I would.

Do not order from Swiss Colony. I ordered something along with a free item. However, when my item came, it came without the free item. They were completely unwilling to help me receive the free gift item.

Paid $39 for a food basket, what I got was a box of travel size cheese and meat, like maybe 4 inches long. Funny how everything shrinks in shipment, huh? lol. Never doing that again.

I placed an order to go to Hawaii, it was delivered to Memphis. When I inquired, they could find no record of any order whatsoever. After arguing with me, they finally found the order and sent it to Hawaii. I had to talk to 3 people to get this fixed. Clearly they don't have the money to invest in technology. Their website sucks, and their backend sucks. Avoid

I placed an order for a rather expensive gift for Christmas on 12/16 and found out today that the "product is no longer available." What happened in the past 3 days?!? They are going to credit my money back to me, but now I'm left scrambling to find another gift before Christmas. I'll never use SC again.

What a rip off and waste of money. Products don't match the picture. I ordered fruity gels because I loved them as a kid but what I got was a very sub par immigration. Not even close to the picture in the catalog. So disappointing. I spent over $200 on gifts for family and now I'm so embarrassed about the quality of their products. I would have been better off buying from Walmart. Never ever again. And the worst part is their customer service department doesn't even care.

I called Swiss Colony and was disconnected twice which made it necessary for me to call back so #1 the phone system is messed up or too busy to handle their incoming calls. The first person agreed with me the product i ordered on the 11th had not shipped and was sitting in Monroe Wi as shown by FedEx tracking # that they had sent me. He was going to transfer me to a 'superagent' in customer service. Of course I was disconnected. I called back and was told by the person I got that the previous person didn't know what was going on. She says they 'preship' to local areas in the country and my package was sitting in Tampa which is in FL not that far from me and I would get it in time. Since I received 2 different stories from the same department, I don't know who to believe... when I asked the 2nd rep if my package was not delivered in time would I get a refund, she refused to answer and told me to worry about that after the holidays. You could tell this women does not like her job. Her tone was not friendly at all. Either way I have no confidence in this company and will not do business with them again.

For 2 years in a row Swiss Colony has without warning or notification of having done so CANCELLED our order. The first year was an order made by my mother on her card, the second year was my own order on my card from my SC account and both were confirmed by email that the order had been made. This year in October I made an order, which I even checked on to make sure the order was there based on the order number. Status was processing, but that made sense as we were not planning for it to be sent until Christmas. When the items did not arrive by the 15th of December, I checked on the status again, and it said the order was cancelled. No explanation, no notification by email, no contact whatsoever by the company to clarify any issues. Worse yet, when I went into my order history, it doesn't even list my 'cancelled order' as having ever existed at all. It only says there is no history for this customer. The opening of the golden (or red) foil boxes filled with petite fours will have to remain a tradition of my childhood, as I no longer feel I can count on this company to follow through for their customers enough to keep up the tradition for my own.
