Horrible customer service. Let me place an order for out of stock items!!!! Didn't find out until after Christmas. Never again

The products seemed nice online and actually were I received several but did not get one of my packages delivered to the right place. Then this item was not address correctable 5 minutes later. Then did not show up during the guaranteed window! When I contacted FedEx to find my delivery it was deemed damaged and undeliverable!? No notification to me whatsoever! This should have been delivered Before Christmas Day to my family! Then when contacting customer service all I could get was a refund the guarantee means nothing! If only this rating could be shown in their header they would go out of business! They are a piece of crap!

If I could give 0 I would. I order every year for our customers. This year. They sent all 7 packages to different states. I have confirmation of that. I was then told the tracking number was just wrong and they assured me the customers would receive by 12/24. I ordered 12.12. Not one received. I had to call 3 times and now I’m on hold for 24 m. No one can figure this out. Do NOT use Swiss Colony. The product is good IF you get it. Customer service was horrible. No one knows what’s going on with my packages. I told them I want a refund or new packages sent out. Still on hold another 26 min. Completely awful.

We were sent a spiral sliced ham as a gift from my in-laws. The ham did arrive a day early. The ham was heated per instructions on the package but is very dry and tough with what I can only describe as an “old” taste.

7 orders to different addresses all placed on December 13th, 4 made it, 3 did not. Swiss colony doesn't give 2 shots whether your stuff makes it or not. Customer service is a joke, and the rudeness of these people, including supervisors, floors me that you are still in business. Fed ex is the worst delivery company there is, and the 2 just keep blaming each other. Have ordered from here for years, but this year is the last. Don't waste your money on this company, it's clear from all these reviews that customer service is a thing of the past. Good riddance.....

I just ordered for some holiday cookies from Swiss Colony. They were not buttery. The flavor or taste could have been better. I would rate the cookies an "E" for taste. Swiss Colony l thought was the best. Please use top notch ingredients and enough of it. What is this bio-engineered stuff?? We are real people. Use real ingredients!

I Placed my Swiss Colony order 0n Dec 16th. after waiting a few days, I logged onto the website and was told I had to make a $58.27 down payment. I made that pmt and then I got an email on the 23rd saying the items I ordered was "NO LONGER AVAILABLE". and the “bonus” gift box promised was no longer available. Just called today Dec 24th to ask about the unfulfilled orders and the free gift, I was told they will do nothing about this I then asked for a supervisor. After speaking with a supervisor named "Sally", I was told that my order was released back into inventory because I did not make a down payment and that there was nothing, she "Sally" would do. I asked for a discount and was told NO. I told her that I will report this to my C.C as a fraud and miss leading company and will not pay for this. This company is not an honest company and a rip-off artists & liar. This is very Sickening that they do this and now Christmas Eve I have to tell my family in another state that they will not get a gift this year and I have to now try and find something to get to them before the new year. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

We placed a order in November and a new one in December. We never got any notification at all that they didn't have the items. Even though they said they.sent us a notice in the mail, which we didn't get. Or they said it was delivered, which it hadn't. Theyve.lost us as customers. Pathetic customer service.
