I had ordered 2 gifts for relatives out of state. One was to go to Victoria, TX and the other one to OKC. Both needed to be packaged to be kept cold. They were both delivered but were not shipped as they should've been. Both deliveries were disasters and the food was spoiled. I don't know if I should give the company kudos for getting spoiled food to the delivery addresses in time for Christmas or not. I've got pictures of the shipments. I got in touch with Swiss Colony about both shipments. So far, I only received a refund on one of those shipments. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!

I had used Swiss colony and their provided 'credit' for about 20 years. In 2004, I had to file bankruptcy and (naturally) I had to involve Swiss colony in it since you're not allowed to pick and choose creditors. So it's true, Swiss Colony lost several hundred dollars in this activity. After 18 years had passed, I attempted to place a very modest order with Swiss Colony and they flat out denied it as they looked backwards to my bankruptcy from 20 years ago. It's probably for the best as folks that I know that have ordered from Swiss Colony have had disastrous results and the products they sell are not the way they used to be. Prices are gigantic and sizes are teeny tiny. Seeing all the disgruntled reviews, I seriously wonder how Swiss Colony stays in business.

When I ordered, I had a Visa gift card that I wanted to use to pay some of the amount, and then I planned to pay the rest with my debit card. Well, that didn't work. I did not get a notice from Swiss Colony about it. The partial payment showed that it went through, but I followed up to make sure the rest was paid. That took 40 minutes on the phone because the girl had no idea how to handle this. She ended up refunding the money to the Visa gift card, and I had to put the whole amount on my debit card. The order was shipped via FedEx. They are terrible in my area. My gift was left at the mailbox, not on my porch. It was raining, so the lazy b****** didn't want to get out to deliver it properly. The boxes were soaked and deformed. Luckily the individual meats and cheeses were wrapped in plastic or everything would have been ruined. Later, I was telling my mother about my order. She sent a gift to my niece's husband (her granddaughter's hubby) who is in the Army serving in South Korea. She placed an order at the beginning of the month with a representative since she had never shipped overseas. The representative assured her the gift would arrive for Christmas. No, it didn't. The order showed it did not move until Dec. 23 when it was sent to the shipper. Then, it sat there until after Christmas.

I ordered on Dec 13th and still have not received, getting ahold of customer service is a chore , I argued for a refund they wanted me to donate it to Salvation Army and get a receipt from them to be refunded, I still haven’t received my order and am very disappointed, I will never order again from this company, beware

I ordered as a food selection for a pre-Christmas party. I ordered at the beginning of Decemeber. My order got mis-shipped to another state. I saw this happen on the tracking, and immediately let them know. They emailed back that the tracking number was incorrect and my shipment was on the way and would be to me by Christmas, which was a full week after I needed it. The new tracking number said it was in pre-shipment and not even shipped yet. I emailed then again and they again stated I would have my order by Christmas and that the holiday caused delays in shipping times. Christmas came and went, and my order was still sitting in another state. I emailed them again. They finally admitted my order was lost in the mail and asked if I wanted it re-shipped. I told them to ship it again. I finally got my order on December 28. It was much smaller than expected, and it was missing two items. I guess I got a much of my order as I can expect, but this has been a truly awful experience of not being listened to and then having a customer service team that cannot fix a problem. Horrible experience. I will never order from them again.

Very sorry I used this company. The products look good in the catalog - but in reality - they are tiny. I mean very small. You will be disappointed. I ordered 12 different items as gifts, all were disappointing. And the shipping - I got charged twice for shipping because the items were sent in two different batches. And these idiots use the government for shipping - no wonder it takes so long for anyone to receive their packages. It goes out the door as Fed-x but then it is passed off to the govt where it just sits and spins. Products cost too much, are way too small and take far too long to get. If you use this company, you will be disappointed.

Items not delivered. FedEx had them on Dec 14 then moved around PA for a few days and handed off to smartpost on the 17th. Smartpost sent to OH only to be waiting to be mail to a post office in NY on the 20th. Still waiting on the 27th. Called customer service to request a refund - I need item to ship back or need to wait 10 days after tracking shows no movement!! These items were supposed to be refrigerated!

Horrible customer service. Shipping issues and duplicate labeling issue from Swiss Colony led to no Christmas gifts to our family. Multiple calls to customer service was not helpful and asking for a refund of product you don’t receive gets a hard no. So we paid for Christmas presents we still have not received. Kiss that money goodbye! Very disappointed! Unless you have a lot of disposal income to waste hoping everything goes well- don’t do business with Swiss Colony!
