Reached out today to find out where my package was after chasing it for two weeks they don’t answer emails phone calls or texts. Was told my dr greenthumb stundenglass was going to be sent yesterday and that I would get follow ups throughout the day. It’s been 36 hours not one update. Mind you I have been texting emailing and in contact with them since last week. First was told because of the weather there were delays then was finally told it was their fault and it was falsely confirmed? How do you falsely confirm a six hundred dollar order? How come you can take money from my account but falsely confirm and not refund it right away? How come I as a consumer am chasing you down for a product that is suppose to be a luxury item? Shouldn’t I be on the top of the list when it comes to making sure it was packed and sent? I don’t understand how hard it is to send me something that I’ve ordered? I don’t understand how you can take my money and not send me any product? How is this even possible? Would be more than happy to share emails and texts. Owner called from Puerto Rico appreciated the gesture but was told they would give me an inferior product got full refund. Wont repeat.

We are real sorry about your package, but It was an issue that was out of our control with all the snow storms and UPS missing pickups and then having a backlog of work. The first week we offered a full refund but you decided to wait. We have issued a full refund and we apologize, but this was completely out of our control as UPS already had the package and its still nowhere to be found.
