The Spanish GroupReviews of thespanishgroup.org

A fuir!!!!

I used them to translate some Norwegian documents that I was going to use for the Spanish police to get residencia. I choose sworn translation, and specified what I was using the documents for. When I finally got the documents (after a lot of hassle), I went to the Spanish police, and they told me that this is not a official sworn translation, and the documents had no value to the case :( So if you are going to use the documents in Spain - choose someone else. UPDATE!!!!! I guess they did not like my review.....one hour after this was published I got an e-mail from them saying "Transaction Receipt from The Spanish Group LLC for $138.96 (USD)" and the same amount was charged my Mastercard.......so this is how they do business.....criminals. There is more than one month since I had any business with them, and have nothing unpaid...... I am going to report them for fraud to Mastercard, ofcourse, but I strongly adwise everyone to stay away from The Spanish Group!

Had to call american express in order to get my money back. Stay away. Worst customer service.

Stay away, they will take your deposit and run (or translate the cover page with few words), before providing a quote that is outrageous. Customer service wasn't helpful either.

Temps d'attente très long. Attention Arnaque. !!!!

This is just a scam, I never received the translation, they ask me for 75 dollars in addition of what I already paid, I think it’s quite abusive because it’s a little letter from my doctor and it’s only 4 LINES to translate ! I was supposed to have it today and I had a really important appointment for work and I had to cancel it because I don’t have the translation and now I am in a really bad situation They’re not picking up phone calls and they ask just for more money everyday by emails, otherwise they will not send it to me if I don’t pay, which I already did, I already paid 30 dollars for this poor letter 😂wt* don’t choose them Just send the translation without the urgent way? I asked them. Because it’s too late it was an emergency earlier No no they just keep asking for 75 dollars because I said earlier I needed it quickly. 3 days later I still don’t have it. Without emergency it was 18 dollars and it should have be done in 1-2 business day. I will not say it enough. Scam scam scam

Horrible experience, they don’t deliver on time, don’t answer calls. And when I told them it was an urgent document they said they will deliver the same day, it has been 4 days now… Horrible and don’t recommend
