They are scammers, believe nothing that is written on the website. I am surprised how are they rated excellent on Trustpilot? have they paid or something? because none of the reviews are positive. They had written 20% off for the first translation, they didn't give that. They also had written translation per word, I chose option but they charged me per page while my translation was only 100 words. Finally, they advertise that they translate within 1-2 days while mine took more than a week and i heard nothing from them, so I asked for refund.

I would give them -star. First time i used them they mis-spelled everything even after calling them and spending an hour going over everything with them. I tried them again they charged $24.99 and $19.99 of course quoted wrong than i got another quote for $269. I called and emailed them to cancel and was told i will be refunded. They only refunded $24.99 not $19.99. Emailed them again no respond called them and of course i am on hold waiting for someone to answer for 40 minutes. Of course i am writing this review and still o. Wait.

Nothing Spanish about this group. Do NOT use them to translate immigration documents for Spanish consulate. They are not real SWORN translators, but a dishonest company from California. They sell you the wrong thing knowingly jeopardizing the visa process and then try to upsell even more wrong things, like notarizing the incorrectly translated documents and asking you to pay them 5x more to actually sworn translate... Too much to write but the entire communication with them was disgusting. I only got a refund from them because I was lucky their employees accidentally admitted to their unprofessional practices, which would win a case with the bank. Others might not be so lucky. Please look at their "positive reviews" closely - most of them were written at about the same time.

Please watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just cheating for us! I offered translation, but they just accepted my money, and after that totally no response. I called them over 20 times. But nobody responded and just ghosted... I was just robbed of my money!!!!!!!!!!!

Una mala experiencia, no te dejan cancelar el pedido. mas de 1 horas pendiente para atender tu llamada y al final dicen que tienen un problema. Dicen que están 24/7 pero no es verdad. No hay en ninguna parte del sitio opción de cancelar el servicio. CUIDADO!!!! NO ES UNA EMPRESA ESPAÑOLA Y SI DE CALIFORNIA. TEN CUIDADO CON EL TIPO DE CERTIFICADO QUE NECESITAS. MEJOR BUSCAR UNA EMPRESA EN ESPAÑA.

Everyone BEWARE, this company is simply the worst you could encounter. After I submitted 5 PDF pages and paid the fees, they emailed me stating that the 5 pages are considered 17 pages and that I should pay the difference, a total rip-off. One page is ONE page, you can't say this one page according to our stupid policy is 3 or 4 pages, that is simply a SCAM. I wish I had seen the reviews here before I paid for their service. Now I filed a dispute since they are refusing to cancel my order.

Very Unprofessional regarding Apostille service Paid $200.00, got wrong documents. Now they are saying that will correct, just pay again??!! They do not care about customers. If they would care, they would learn the subject on the service they offer. PEOPLE, BEWARE!
