I ask translation French to English 2 pages I spend like148$ I did not ask for expeditions but the customer service send me emails when I put my information to pay 60$ for 2 pages they took 148$ I called them for refund the customer service always said they gonna give my balance back.after 3days I called them to see how everything going they said they can’t give me my balance back they can give me some credit 🥲🥲. That’s I big scam I ever see . Don’t trust customers service because because some of them are scammers. I am very disappointed you can do better

This feels like a scam to me I had a very disappointing experience with this site. I requested a quote for two documents, which resulted in an initial quote of $30 USD after the webpage automatically counted the words. However, the following day, I received an email stating that the quote was only for one page and that I needed to make an additional payment of $30 USD. After manually counting the words in my documents, I found only 33 words in each, which should amount to $3.30 USD, and even with numbers included, it was only 52 words (equivalent to $5.20 USD). T

Son unos estafadores. Prometen un descuento como nuevo cliente que no aplican, encima me dicen que me lo aplicaran en una futura compra. No tengo pensamiento de traducir nada en un futuro y menos con ellos.

THEY ARE NOT CANADIAN COMPLIANT. THEY ALSO SHOULD HAVE SPANISH ON THE RIGHT AND ENGLISH ON THE LEFT SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT HAS BEEN TRANSLATED, THE WAY THEY DO IT, IS RIDICULOUS AND ANYONE COULD SUBSTITUTE THE SPANISH VERSION BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT STAMPED AND BECAUSE OF THE HAGUE ACCORD, THEY SEND YOU SOMETHING FROM USA AND IT WON'T WORK IN CANADA. I WANT A REFUND, WASTED 4 HOURS X 2 FOR NOTHING

I've used this agency several times, and I've found that things only go smoothly when the translation task is very simple. Their customer service is terrible — there’s no consistency, as a new agent seems to respond each time, requiring explanation from the beggining. To make matters worse, no one follows up, so you have to really insist to get any resolution. I would not recommend this agency unless you have basic needs and don't mind taking risks with their service.

I did ask for a quote and how many days they will deliver, then they ask for more money and they didn’t send the documents in time plus don’t answer calls or emails. If you are in a hurry, make it with someone else
