I ordered a translation from Romanian to Spanish with notarization. I paid both services online, good price, so I was happy. I received afterwards an email to say that when they analysed the document instead of 70 $ I needed to pay over 245 for the translation and for notarization instead of 14$ was 105 $, so well above double price. I told them I want to cancel the order but I am still waiting as it seems the situation needs to be assessed by their team? I feel deceived and robbed by this company.

I spoke to them over the phone before placing the order. I needed notarized translation from English to Romanian, of my drivers license. Asked specifically if i will be able to apostille the translation in Denver, CO, since i needed it abroad. They said yes. I was told it will take 2-3 days for the translation. I paid for their services and placed the order on April 15, and they sent the email to me on April 24, which is 9 days instead of the promised 2-3. But, this is not even the biggest issue. I went to the department of state in Denver, wasted half of my day, took day off from work, just for them to tell me that the translation can not be apostilled since they translated and notarized it in California, so the apostille can be made only in California. I have contacted their customer service, and was told they would charge me the full price for apostille if i want it done in California, would not refund the original order price i paid, and max they can do is a discount on my future order with them. Why would i order again with you, if you screwed up, wasted my time and money and were not helpful at all even if it was your mistake?

I accidentally chose the wrong kind of translation, but contacted them immediately after placing the order. After some discussion, it turns out that the kind of translation I needed was for a sworn translator registered in Spain. They offered to upgrade the translation for an absurd amount of money, which of course I declined as there are much cheaper alternatives. They said they will "try" to cancel the order (keep in mind, this was just moments after being placed), and ultimately they completed the translation in bad faith just to claim that it cannot be refunded, even though they knew from the start it wasn't the translation I needed. I strongly advise against using this company.

Nos cobran por traducir Dos Documentos enteros pero pero sólo nos llega traducido una página. Además, los elegimos y pagamos por que entreguen el trabajo antes y lo entregan 15 días después. Un auténtico timo. They charge us for translating two whole documents but we only get one page translated. In addition, we choose them and pay them to deliver the work before and they deliver it 15 days later. A real scam

Really bad server. I found out the price is expensive compare to the other service. And request to cancel the order. They just hold my request and kept asking my why? Feel like just a scam company.

Tuve que pagar mas de 400 dolares para mi traduccion y apostillamiento de notas y no sirvieron de nada , pedi que se me enviaran la traduccion original junto con el apostillamiento y lo que me llego fueron las copias , page para nada y no sirve para la Universidad , solo survio para que me dieran problemas , no la recomiendo y asegurense que no les pase como a mi.

When I sent two documents to get the quote, I contacted customer service, who, no matter who they are, should know their job and provided me with a different cost. That’s why I only received one document. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as the information on their website is just pure advertising. This is a fraud and a scam.
