I needed one translation which they provided with a mistake. The office I presented it to, did not accept it. I asked for a reimbursement promptly, but I did not receive a clear answer. I received a corrected version of the translation more than a month later, and the reimbursement denied. Bad experience ***Update*** The customer service agreed to reimburse me. Very kind persons. They cannot rely on the customer service to recuperate bad choices of the other operators.

The second REVIEW after a bad review left on here..The Company refunded me for the translations which were useless..thank you for that, however it is sad that one week was lost and many calls and e mails to receive this refund .
