thesocialcat.comReviews of thesocialcat.com

This site took me so long to get into, which I feel like does helps because it doesn’t get over saturated in that case. I have had great luck landing gigs on this site as well, however the lack of paid gigs does concern me and if continues in the future will drive me away from the app. Overall, very user friendly and great brand communication on the application!

The Social Cat team was very helpful and responsive any time our team reached out. We requested an invitation limit of 3,500, and they increased it to 5,000! We got a great response from women for our specific content needs, but experienced difficulty getting diverse men applicants, so we will be moving on from Social Cat. When we got charged before cancelling our subscription, the Social Cat team quickly refunded the subscription fee and offered another free trial.

Lots of activity on this app, good user interface and system for uploading to the brand however, it is marketed for paid collaborations. I found these to be very scarce, in saying that though the gifted collaborations are very good.

Very helpful and polite customer service. They lived up to their promise of automatically matching brands up with social media influencers. You don't have to search, outreach or do anything - they just match you up everyday. A good option for small business owners just testing the waters or seeking to create awareness by giving away products for free. Several of the influencers matched did not appear to have read the brief properly before being matched but emailed afterwards to explain that there seemed to be a mismatch with their audience. Others were a more logical match to my brief. In the end I opted to narrow down my niche even further to make matching more precise as categories like "lifestyle" are much too broad. Overall a promising app that meets a real need and the founder appears to have worked very hard to further improve the product - going by the number of happy reviewers.
