Hi Samuel, Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that it was cancelled on 29 January due to a customs issue, and a full refund was approved on the same day. Unfortunately, we’re unable to return the funds to your AMEX card, which is why we reached out to request your bank account details so we can complete the refund via bank transfer. We understand how delays like this can be frustrating, and we apologise that this hasn’t been resolved yet. We’re currently waiting for the required details, and as soon as we receive them, we’ll process the refund immediately. If you’re able to reply to our email, we’ll make sure this is taken care of as quickly as possible.

Super poor logistic
Super poor logistic, never wait over one week more to receive the parcel and using speed post is not convenience to receive if nobody home, I will not check this web-site forever

Hi Johnnie, We are so sorry for this inconvenience. However, we are already using express shipping with multiple couriers in all of our orders. Thank you for your feedback regarding the speed of that courier. We will look into this matter and potentially change the courier. In addition, we have included your email and contact number to our courier. Thus, you do not need to check the website as they should contact you with regards to the delivery of your order. Once again, we apologize this inconvenience caused.

I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order over a month ago and never received the sneakers. Despite the extended wait time, there has been no delivery, no clear update, and no resolution.

Real head turners.
Top-shelf customer service. There was a minor issue with stock with an original order, but I was able to select a new pair of shoes. No big deal. They made it right and then some. The Shoes arrived, and they’re awesome. Real head turners. Very satisfied with the product and worth the time. The sneaker scout will be new go-to for shoes.
