Misleading – Not authentic products
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 expecting authentic sneakers. After completing the purchase, I was informed that the products sold are “Unauthorised Genuines (UGs)”, meaning they are not official Nike products. This information was not clearly disclosed before purchase. I requested cancellation before shipment and initially did not receive a response. However, after following up, they handled the refund correctly and processed it within 48 hours. Be aware: this store does not sell authentic products, but replica items presented as high-quality alternatives. Transparency before purchase would avoid confusion and improve trust.

The Order that Never Ships
Placed an order on 3/15; received a notification that a label had been created for my order two weeks later; three weeks went by and still no movement. I emailed customer service, to which they replied that my shoes were "inspected by customs" (though the shipping label was created in IL) and that they have shipped a new pair. A new label was created immediately, but it's now a week later and they still haven't shipped. So more than a month later I'm still waiting for my order to even ship. Doubtful I'll ever receive these shoes.

Absolutely terrible experience from…
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The product I received was nothing like what was described on the website—completely misleading and inaccurate. Communication was painfully slow, and when they did respond, it was unhelpful and lacked any real effort to resolve the issue. They advertise a guarantee on their website, but that turned out to be completely false. When I tried to address the problem, I was told I had to pay for return shipping all the way to China—even though the mistake was entirely on their end. This feels like a total scam. Save yourself the frustration and money—DO NOT buy from here.

Hey Will, I'm really sorry we let you down. You're right, we sent the wrong pair and that's on us. Just so you know, you ordered three pairs from us. We haven't heard from you about the other two, so we wanted to check if everything is okay with them? We've only focused on the one pair you mentioned. We really wanted to make things right for you, so as soon as you told us about the issue, we reached out a few times to send you the correct pair. We even sent photos because we wanted you to feel sure about what you'd be getting. We just sent you another email about this because we're still hoping to hear back from you. As soon as you reply, we can take care of it right away. We also offered a full refund for that pair, but asked for the wrong shoes back first. That's just our standard process. If you're still open to fixing this, just reply to our last email and we'll get you a refund or the right pair with no extra hassle. Thanks for being honest with us, and sorry again.

Great sneakers ,the second pair of…
Great sneakers ,the second pair of sneakers I have bought from the SNKRS out . Took a few weeks to arrive but worth it.

300 emails
300 emails. 4 months. No shoes. Just get repeated AI type messages from them. Unsure what steps to take now to get a refund…

Yo Ian, Man, I totally get why you're upset. Waiting 4 months with no shoes sounds absolutely frustrating, and I'm really sorry for the confusion on this. So here's what happened on our end. It shows that we already refunded you. That's why the shoes never got sent out. We thought everything was settled once the refund went through. Could you do us a favor and double check your bank or PayPal? Sometimes refunds hide in statements or take a little bit to show up. If it's not there, we'll figure it out together.
