I am so appreciative of the quick and helpful response
I am so appreciative of the quick and professional response. I was unsure of the purchase, but I was taken care of and all of my questions were answered well and with thoughtfulness. The help did not go unnoticed and I am very grateful. I really needed the templates and the responsiveness on a Sunday did not go unnoticed. Thank you!

Unusable with Google slides
Not responding to Emails. Slides unusable in Google slides because there is no data connection. Huge disappointment and waste of money.
Response from SlidequestDec 3, 2022
Hi Nina, Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry for the inconvenience that it may have caused you. Can you please provide us with the email address you have used for us to see if your email did reach our email server? As for google slides, Google Slides doesn’t have its own format. So the only way to export a Google Slides Presentation after working on it is by exporting it on PPTX which is a standard format for Google Slides. You may edit the template once you have uploaded them to google slides. As it may be too late to reconcile, I wanted you to know that I have used your experience within our customer satisfaction process to be sure that we do not make the same error again. Please do not ever hesitate to send your message to [email protected] should you have any other questions or concerns. We are here for you! Sarah Customer Success Manager
