No support and totally disregard this scam product. The smart art will not edit! DO Not buy!! I have asked support to call me, webex and show me why the smart art does not edit. They refuse to call me and refund me. DO NOT BUY!!!

Our support team sent a direct email to your inbox showing that Smart-Art can be inserted into the templates then you can customize it according to your business needs. For reference, simply go to Insert tab > then Smart Art > Choose your Design and Edit manually.
