modern, plentiful options for all topics

I paid for the slides and activated my account but then had a message to say I had no orders and therefore couldn’t download the slides that I had paid for. I emailed Sarah the customer services back - who but the way had sent an email saying I could reach out directly any time - and I haven’t heard anything back. No response but I continue to receive emails pushing me to pay for add ins!!
