First time user here
First time user here. I was really surprised that you reached out to me after I placed an order telling me about your buy 2 get 1 free offer. You were polite and helpful. My son is a hunter and really liked the patterns and the fit of the product. We look forward to dealing with you in the future

Hey Ryan, It seems there must be some confusion. You placed your order on April 4, 2021 and selected USPS First Class Mail (2.9 oz) $0.00, the free option I provide with all purchases. Maybe you thought you upgraded to fast shipping, but it doesn't look like you did. If you have an order confirmation or anything that shows you paid for upgraded shipping, we'd love to see it and will provide you a refund if so. The order shipped on April 5 and was delivered to you in Brooklyn NY on April 12. While we shipped out on time, it took USPS 7 days to get it to you. That seems like a decent delivery time for free shipping. We look forward to hearing back.

Great product
Great product. Looks exactly as shown. And even better is the service. I screwed up and had it sent to a wrong address and they sent a new one right away, didn't even have to reenter any information just emailed the new address and they sent it.
