DONT PAY FOR FAST SHIPPING
they lied about shipping delivery i paid for faster shipping and it still took forever do not pay for the shipping because it wont be fast

Hey Ryan, It seems there must be some confusion. You placed your order on April 4, 2021 and selected USPS First Class Mail (2.9 oz) $0.00, the free option I provide with all purchases. Maybe you thought you upgraded to fast shipping, but it doesn't look like you did. If you have an order confirmation or anything that shows you paid for upgraded shipping, we'd love to see it and will provide you a refund if so. The order shipped on April 5 and was delivered to you in Brooklyn NY on April 12. While we shipped out on time, it took USPS 7 days to get it to you. That seems like a decent delivery time for free shipping. We look forward to hearing back.

Product is tight
Pricing was ok, shipping was fast, product is too tight! It barely has any give.

I'm disappointed in the material…
I'm disappointed in the material quality and manufacturing quality. The material is very thin (I can see through it) and the top and bottom edges are not hemmed to prevent fraying. Competitor I shop with has much better material and quality. One of the balaclava I ordered had the printed "V" mask design on the back as well as the front. Not sure why this is printed on the back but I definitely only wanted it on the front. It wasn't clearly identified on the website. It could have been listed that way but I didn't see it.
