Great customer Service!!
This is my first time using a plant delivery service and was trying to deliver a snake plant to my girlfriend in Atlanta as gift for her new apt. When I first ordered, I picked out a snake plant and a pot to put it in. However once delivered- my girlfriend only received the pot and it was broken. I was very disappointed because this was pretty expensive and this was my first gift to my girlfriend. I emailed The Sill and Leahlyn replied to my email almost immediately and ordered a replacement before I even replied back. This was a Saturday as well. I really appreciated the quick response and solution. There was issues with the replacement order but Leahlyn was in stand by to support. It all worked out and despite the issues (the issues with the replacement delivery was most likely with the mail rooms/ FedEx fault), I am giving 5 stars because of the great customer support alone and the great recovery of the issue due to it. I work closely with our customer service team at my job and good customer service really stands out to me. I hope that kudos is given to Leahlyn and whoever else assisted with this. I will definitely use/ recommend your service in the future just because of the customer service. Thanks a million again and keep up the great work!
