DON’T DO IT!!! I ordered a large monsterra that cost $170. It took over 10 days to get to me. No tracking just an email that says they only ship when the temperatures are nice (2-6 business days). The weather where it’s going to has been in the 50s and 60s. When I messaged them about it they had no eta for my plant only thing they could offer me was a refund. So after 10 days I got no plant and a refund.

I purchased a large plant for $244. When it arrived it had dozens of broken or torn leaves and was half the size it was supposed to be. They said that it would be 35-42 inches and it was a generous 25 inches. Also the upcycled pot was the cheapest piece of plastic I have ever seen. I could have purchased better quality at the dollar store. When I contacted customer service they only gave me a partial refund and told me I could return it at my expense. This plant will not live long and it’s not at all what I expected. I would never ever order from this company - please do yourself a favor and don’t order these plants for yourself or your loved one. They need better quality control.

Last year, I bought a Medium Norfolk Pine. It was wonderful, full, almost 2 feet tall. I was able to decorate it with about 10 ornaments. I gave it as a gift after Christmas, and it is thriving. This year, I bought the same exact size and plant for myself. It has major gaps between branches, not pretty, and the branches are so thin I cant hang the lightest ornament., It's also barely a foot tall. Christmas hasn't even gotten here, and it is dying. The branches and pines are dropping. I contacted customer service and was gaslit, told the plant is how it's supposed to look at it looks wonderful. The Sill is already overpriced, but the convenience made it worth it. But I would say- go to your local plant shop.

Placed order, months went by, and it never came. I only found that the item was out of stock once I reached out to support. This shouldn't happen with a company that specializes in online orders.

I got a birthday present: 4 pots with plants. The plants arrived damaged. I am trying to contact them now for over 3 weeks. They only responded once Ans said they will send a replacement which didn’t arrive. All my follow ups are un answered. Do do not buy from them. There are so many other options.

Aug 6th 2022- order 981300 confirmed, value approx $800 Aug 12th I emailed to query delivery as nothing received / no dispatch details emailed - a problem with stock that noone had spotted before my query Aug 15-19 several emails to choose a different item given stock issue Aug 19 I again query delivery and told will be dispatched the week ahead Aug 24th chased on email - no reply Aug 26th - chased again concluding "I don't know what to do now other than ask you to cancel the order and refund me in full". No reply I have now raised a chargeback via my bank. So - no plants, no communication, no refund. Fraud? Or just useless? So thank you not one little bit for helping me create a new home for my family after or emigration to NYC. You have wasted my time and my money.

June 6 – I ordered a plant that was to be sent as a gift. June 15 – The plant had still not shipped. I emailed customer service (because there is no telephone number). June 16 – I received a message reply stating the plant I ordered was no longer in stock. No one contacted me about this prior to this email. They ensured me that if I chose a replacement it would be sent with "top priority." June 20 – The plant had still not shipped. I again contacted customer service. They ensured me this new plant would be shipped in a few days. June 22 – I received a confirmation that the plant shipped. I do not consider 10 days to be expedited shipping. I'm embarrassed that this gift will arrive so late and I will never be using Sill again, nor will I recommend this company. I’m completely disappointed in their customer service practices, especially since there is no contact phone number for time sensitive matters such as this. "Orders with standard shipping will ship within 2-6 business days. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email. Once in transit, packages take 1-4 business days to arrive.”
