Shipment was a gift. It was delayed a day after it was out for delivery and arrived in less than optimal condition

order delivered late, and was incorrect.

I received my order but the box was smashed and my pot for the olive tree was broken.

I don't quite understand why I get so many emails asking me to confirm I've received my order, and then trick me into leaving a review. The guise of the repeated emails is they need to confirm the order arrived. There is automatic tracking provided when they ship the product, the company should know it arrived and not repeatedly email me automated spam emails.

the message i wrote to be included with the delivery was not included with the plant. as this was a condolence gift, it was awkward to then have to follow-up with the person to make sure they received it when they are grieving.

The plant arrived on time and was healthy. But it was a gift and I put a lot of time into writing a very thoughtful message. The recipient looked on the box and inside the gift and did not find who it was from or the message. So it definitely was not the experience I was hoping for

I've ordered several times from The Sill and have had no past issues with delivery nor packages. This time my plant's rootball (African Milk Tree) was completely uprooted from the pot and the bottom of the box was full of soil that was leaking from the package. Obviously things can shift during shipping but I thought it could have been packed & supported more carefully. I repotted upon arrival and am waiting to see if any long term damage. It's very top heavy as a plant so this may have been part of the issue.

The plants were delivered on their side. Dirt was spilling out the box, left a huge mess.
