I have ordered many plants from The Sill. All have been healthy, good in size and packaged well. I recently ordered 2 more large plants. I live in the midwest. One plant arrived in great shape, but the second plant did not handle the trip well during the cold month of January. I reached out and received good customer service to be sent another plant.

The first plant arrived safely and was actually much taller than I anticipated. It was taller until FedEx delivered it upside down and broke off the longest frond. But it’s all good. The packaging was great and kept the palm very cozy in shipment. In fact I’ve ordered another which has already shipped and hopefully doesn’t suffer with winter storm here the same day of scheduled delivery. I doubt they’ll get out that day and hope FedEx has a heated warehouse. And warehouse employees that can read the This Side Up. I’m waiting now for the 5 plant group of pet friendly parent plants, also pet friendly, to come back in inventory. I’m very confident that The Sill has plants that look and arrive as great as they do on the site. I think a Pink Bromeliad may be next if the 5 plants don’t arrive soon enough. I’m very confident that The Sill sells high quality plants at fair prices and gets them to you quickly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SITE/STORE! I JUST STARTED TO GET INTO INDOOR PLANTS. PRIOR TO THAT, I DID EVERYTHING I COULD PLANT OUTSIDE! I LOVE FLOWERS, PLANTS, VEGGIES,, AND STARTED TO GET INTO ANYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY COULD WITH MY YARD, OF COURSE, BEING WITH THE FACT THAT I RENT, SOME LIMITATIONS. BUT NOW INDOORS, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! I STARTED WITH SOME ROOTS TO PLANT N NOW I CANE ACROSS YOUR ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!

I've only ordered one plant from The Sill so far (the parlor palm,) but would definitely do it again. It came well-packaged, included materials about how best to care for it, and looks even better than I expected.
