Plant arrived in excellent & healthy condition. The pot was shattered but that’s no fault of The Sill, that’s the shipping provider

The tree looked beautiful with leaves and peaches, many which fell off in transit as expected. I was a bit surprised that the tree had leaves, since none of outr trees here in Vermont are showing any leaves yet. But then I realized it came from Georgia , not NY state. I have kept it in the house, by a window until I think it's safe to plant, probably in 2-3 weeks. I hope this works. (We had snow flurries yesterday and occasional frost in the morning.) Do you have any suggestions of how I should handle the tree? It's a really nice specimen.

Ordering was simple and shipping was fast. Plants arrived smaller than photo on website, and slightly damaged. They could be packaged better, especially the more spindly plants (my blueberry plant suffered quite a few broken branches, and for a young plant, could have been fatal).

The couple loved their gift. I found the website a little awkward but then I'm 75.

Had to babysit my order to make sure it was shipped for months. And a lot of the leaves look really bad. I thought yall checked these things before shipping. It’s chewed up looking with brown crispy edges, torn and shredded leaves. I would think after this long it would be perfect. This looks really bad to be honest.
