The Salary NegotiatorReviews of thesalarynegotiator.com

Perfect course, well detailed with relevant materials. I recommend it 100% you won’t regret at all.

Made my negotiation a lot less stressful I'm fairly senior in my career. During my latest job search, I decided I wanted a professional on my side of the table when it came time to negotiate an offer. Why wouldn't I when the companies I was looking to work for kept professional HR negotiators on payroll? I reached out to The Salary Negotiator and Brandon, the founder of The Salary Negotiator, worked with me to prep me for my interviews and eventual offer negotiation. I'm no stranger to interviews and generally do fine with them, but a lot of Brandon's advice around how to talk about desired compensation, how to communicate with HR talent reps, and how to handle respond to specific inquired did a lot to put me in a much stronger position when it came time to make a counter-offer. In the end Brandon helped me negotiate a 15% over my initial offer, netting me a total comp package that was a fair bit better than the median total comp for my role/experience. I'd recommend checking out The Salary Negotiator even if you don't think you need help with your interviews. Understanding and navigating how HR talent teams communicate with you will do a lot to help you get a strong comp package for whatever you're doing.

His thorough guidance equipped me to handle any situation with ease and confidence. Brandon's meticulous approach and expertise optimized every aspect of my compensation package.
