Salary negotiation can often be filled with stress and anxiety. Brandon and his team were a bright light in navigating this process. Thanks to his coaching I was able to confidently sick to my guns and not budge on what I believed I was worth all while preserving the relationship with my future employer. This service is truly a bargain and pays for itself. I will never negotiate a salary on my own again.

Brandon was generous with his time and very quick to respond to my questions during the negotiation process. I felt well-prepared at each stage because of Brandon's help. He gave me several tips/strategies that I would not have never thought of myself. I would absolutely use The Salary Negotiator again!

Great recommendations by Brandon on how to navigate the situation.

I really enjoyed working with Brandon, he was thorough right from the beginning and gave me all the information I needed to even start the process with him. Once it started, he also provided comprehensive guidance on navigating the negotiation process and was open to various means of communicating throughout the process. He was also considerate and timely with all his responses.

Could I have gotten the same raise on my own? Maybe. I guess I’ll never know for sure. But I do know that in the past I’ve always failed to fully follow through and commit to salary negotiations and I’ve always ended up folding for much smaller increases than what I was able to achieve with Brandon’s help. Brandon’s coaching was invaluable in giving me the confidence to approach this as a business transaction in a way that was positive and preserved (likely enhanced) the professional relationships with business leadership. His strategies are effective and well worth the financial investment no matter what level you are working at. You truly have nothing to lose and everything to gain by working with him!

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon, who coached and guided me through every step of the salary negotiation process. Brandon was very patient and was very polite to answer any and all of my questions. He coached me step by step throughout the process, and offered his personal explanations and logic/reason for every response to every scenario that could occur. He took the time to truly analyze and review my personal situation, in order to come up with a plan of attack. He was able to help me obtain a sizable improvement in the offer, given my experience, the offer scenario, and current market conditions. Thanks The Salary Negotiator!

From the first phone call I got the impression that I was working with someone coming from a place of knowing. He is methodical and was able to anticipate everything the company would do throughout the negotiation process. The coaching before the call was exceptionally helpful. He provided me with scripts and the conversation went almost word for word what the script dictated. This is such good value for the money. I highly recommend.
