The Salary NegotiatorReviews of thesalarynegotiator.com

Great service! Brandon helped every step of the way in negotiating a much better offer than I would have been able to get on my own. Highly recommend.

I worked with Brandon to negotiate my offer in 2024, when the market conditions weren't great. In the past, I've negotiated my salary by myself based on public salary sites. After joining the job, I've often learned that the salary could have been higher. Brandon has a tried-and-tested set of steps that allow the negotiation to be successful because a) you work collaboratively with the recruiting / compensation team, b) treat it like a negotiation rather than haggling, and c) you don't negotiate with yourself to reduce your value in the market. Brandon is reliable, available, and calm through the process. During crunch time, he gives the pros and cons of each approach. Working with him has achieved an ROI that's much bigger than his fee, and I'm glad it's a win-win.

Brandon is really great to work with. He ensures you're comfortable each step of the way and is very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. He is genuinely interested in making sure you're educated throughout the process. It was a huge success.

Brandon helped me respectfully and firmly negotiate my offer to an additional 10k per year. Working with him was a pleasure, he is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.

Brandon's materials make it so easy to negotiate your salary offer. I followed the suggested steps and tailored the scripts to my specific situation. The outcome was great. I highly recommend!

Brandon was extremely diligent, meticulous and very communicative. I learned a lot during the process!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon to navigate the daunting terrain of negotiating my salary offers from two different companies, and I can confidently say that his expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. From the outset, it was evident that Brandon was exceptionally well-informed on every aspect of the negotiation process. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry standards and market trends, which enabled him to provide insightful advice tailored to my specific circumstances. What truly impressed me was Brandon's ability to foresee the recruiters' next moves. It was like he had a crystal ball, anticipating their questions and objections before they even arose. This foresight allowed us to stay several steps ahead, ensuring that I was always well-prepared with compelling responses and counter offers backed by thorough research and data. Throughout our interactions, Brandon was incredibly responsive and attentive to my concerns. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the negotiation process and provided me with a wealth of resources, including example Q&A sessions and professional, research-backed counter offers. His dedication to keeping me informed and empowered was truly commendable. Thanks to Brandon's expertise and guidance, I was able to secure a salary package that not only met but exceeded my expectations. I am immensely grateful for his support and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone navigating the complexities of salary negotiation. Working with Brandon was a game-changer, and I can't thank him enough for his invaluable assistance.
