Brandon was calm, knowledgeable, helpful and communicative. He answered any question I had and worked with me to craft emails that were effective and felt authentic to me. And of course, he delivered results!! I was able to increase 3 components of my offer, which I didn't think possible!

I had the opportunity to work with Brandon during my compensation negotiation process for a Senior Analyst role, and his insights were invaluable. He provided a strategic and data-driven approach to evaluating my offer, helping me understand market benchmarks and effectively communicate my value to the hiring team. Brandon’s guidance gave me the confidence to navigate the negotiation process tactfully, ensuring I maximized my compensation while maintaining a positive relationship with my future employer. His deep expertise in tech industry negotiations, along with his personalized coaching, made a significant impact on my final offer. This was my first time negotiating a salary within the U.S. I was thrilled to discover TSN’s resources online and had a highly informative conversation with Brandon before the negotiations began. Over the next month, even though I hadn’t formally signed with TSN yet, Brandon consistently responded to my emails swiftly, addressing my initial questions and providing constructive advice. When the formal negotiation phase started, Brandon not only provided crucial analytical insights for my decision-making process through multiple phone discussions but also patiently guided me and discussed strategies for various scenarios. Throughout the collaboration, I felt my needs were thoroughly listened to and respected, and I received all the required assistance. While similar information on data analysis and strategies can be found online, the primary reason I recommend working with TSN is that I knew a professional team supported me throughout the negotiation process. If you’re hesitant about whether the expense is worth it, I believe the peace of mind you gain during this challenging process makes it entirely worthwhile.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Brandon during a negotiation. This time around I especially appreciate the support he provided in managing conversations with my current employer following receipt of an offer from another company. I was genuinely at a loss about how to approach those, but he helped me approach it with confidence and grace. I feel really good about the way I've handled things. I learn things from Brandon every time we speak. He has helped me to embrace productive discomfort and advocate for myself. And he’s been an essential support during several different big moves in my career.

This was my first experience of working with a salary negotiator, and I will work with Brandon again in the future. Brandon is super quick when it came to responding to emails. He drew up all emails to send to new employer as well as having calls before to prep me for any discussion the employer may have. He was happy to accommodate a change in strategy for me. Thanks Brandon, and hopefully work with you again.
