The Salary NegotiatorReviews of thesalarynegotiator.com

I'd fully recommend the Salary Negotiator's services! Brandon provided excellent support and very helpful information, from the beginning to end of the salary negotiations. Even though we were in completely different time zones, Brandon was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. We succeeded in significantly improving the initial offer.

The Salary Negotiator was SUCH an asset when switching roles. As a candidate, it's so hard to know whether you're getting a fair offer. They made sure I did. They coached me through all of the hard parts and tough questions, told me what to ask for, and made the whole negotiation process smooth sailing. And you only pay a fraction of the increase they get you so there's no reason not to do it. You're paying them with money they got you. It's all upside.

The Salary Negotiator, Brandon, is an invaluable wealth of knowledge you need on your side when navigating salary negotiation. We connected during my interview processes, after a failed salary discussion with a recruiter left me ghosted. Brandon then helped me set myself up to succeed from the initial HR screening. Every step of the way he was available to answer questions, and to no surprise he was ALWAYS spot on! As such, when an offer was presented, he helped me successfully negotiate a higher salary! I came to Brandon with poor and out-dated negotiation tactics and left with a new job, higher salary, and the tools to success in the future (though, I will no doubt connect with Brandon in future negotiations). I cannot recommend this service enough!

This was my first time working with a salary negotiator, and choosing to work with Brandon was one of the best decisions I made! He was incredibly patient, supportive and communicative throughout the process of negotiating 2 very different job offers I received. Before even signing a contract, I was able to chat with Brandon about my situation and his data-driven approach, which immediately gave me confidence in the process. As we started the negotiation, I was impressed with how thoroughly he researched appropriate compensation packages for my experience level and the job titles I was offered. He drafted email templates for me that were polite yet assertive -- which is exactly what I was looking for. He was responsive to my many emails and text messages and made himself available at short notice to prepare me for negotiation conversations with hiring managers. He even ensured we were proactive about any curve balls they could have thrown my way. Finally, Brandon was just super kind and sensitive to my concerns. He put my needs first and ensured I was comfortable with the process every step of the way. I would recommend The Salary Negotiator to anyone without any hesitation.

I was not satisfied with my overall compensation package and Brandon was able to negotiate a $10,000 increase for me quickly. Will definitely work with him again.

I had a gap in employment and wasn’t sure if it’s appropriate to negotiate. Brandon instilled confidence in me and guided me every step of the way. He did the research, provided scripts, and coached me on how to react to various response scenarios. His help increased the offer by over 11%.

Brandon was really helpful !

Working with the Salary Negotiator was one of the most illuminating experiences I've ever had. Brandon was knowledgable, patient, positive, and thorough. He was willing to go through every step of the process in detail, and allay so much of the anxiety I had in negotiating the salary for a new position. He was able to help me negotiate an additional 20% to my annual compensation! I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a new job to contact the Salary Negotiator.
