I approached Brandon to help improve my recent offer package. He was very professional and empathetic throughout the process. With his help I got an improved offer (+$36K to total comp). Brandon was super approachable & always available. He followed up even when I would go silent for a day/two. He not only crafted the approach to negotiation but also explained the rationale behind taking it.
