Shocking service. Avoid this company. I bought an LCD panel for a Tower 300. Never worked. I contacted them and it is clear they know about the issue but wont help. Told me to take it up with Amazon then tried to say it was over 30 days since I bought it so I couldn't return it. Even though the reason for delay it took a while for me to gather my build parts. Wasted a lot of money.

Ich bin fassungslos! Die Firma Thermaltake gibt angeblich 2 Jahre auf meinen PC. Jetzt habe ich nach einem halben Jahr ein Problem. Und was macht diese "Firma"? Die reden sich raus, der Händler würde die Garantie geben, nicht Sie als Hersteller. Unfassbar, was für einen Unsinn die da erzählen. Die kennen den Unterschied von Garantie/Gewährleistung nicht. Auch wenn die Garantie freiwillig ist, alleine der Hersteller ist in dieser Zeit zuständig. NIE WIEDER THERMALTAKE!

PSU died after 4month of using, send it to warranty, they send it back -> Not the same product (100€ cheaper) They say it's same grade (even if it's not), don't buy from this scamers.

Sold a 3 thousand dollar pre built that crashed and blue screens every time it’s turned on. Worthless trash company that will rip you off. Their software sucks and straight up doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY
