Expected a high quality product for the price. Unfortunately, a piece of electronics broke on the main oven (36 range) after 3 years rendering it inoperable. Since the warranty is only 2 years, the only way to get it fixed is to pay $200/hour (including assessment). Estimated cost $1k-$2k. Very disappointing

I have a Thermodor refrigerator since July 6, 2026. It has not been working correctly, I immediately called an authorized Thermodor Service repair company after they charged me $200 for the initial visit they realized it was a two-man job, several parts had to be ordered , it was one excused after the next, parts back ordered, parts delivered, but defective, one service repairman out on vacation, the next time he was sick the next time not available every two weeks Thermador would email me with a service change date totally unacceptable. My recommendationDo not buy a Thermodor or Bosch products whether you’re in warranty or not, have a service contract or not this service department is not there for you

$11,000 refrigerator — “luxury” branding, disappointing quality and service I purchased a Thermador built-in refrigerator for $11,000, expecting the quality and customer service advertised by a luxury appliance brand. My experience has been deeply disappointing. The refrigerator has experienced repeated failures, and the control panel problem remains unresolved despite service visits and attempts to repair it. Incorrect replacement parts have also delayed the process. Jersey Appliances, the authorized service provider, told me they had submitted photographs to Thermador four or five times without receiving a response. I was subsequently told by my retailer’s representative that Thermador considers the refrigerator functional because it is cooling food. Cooling food is the most basic requirement of any refrigerator. It does not make unresolved defects acceptable in an appliance costing $11,000. Customers paying a premium should expect all advertised features to work properly. My retailer has tried to assist, but I am still waiting for an effective resolution from Thermador. The repeated follow-ups, delays, and uncertainty have been exhausting. Based on my experience, Thermador’s product quality and after-sales support have fallen far short of its luxury image. I regret this purchase and would not choose Thermador again.

I am extremely disappointed with my Thermador gas range. For a luxury appliance that costs thousands of dollars, the reliability is completely unacceptable. We have experienced frustrating issues with it, related to the simmer feature which is the only reason I selected this stove. The first one I had discontinued the part, so I bought a brand new stove and within 2 years, the same burner went out again. While it was being analyzed, another one went out. At this point, I’m almost spending more than the price of a new Thermador Gas Range on repairs. I would say there may be more reliable appliances for less money.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Thermador. Zero stars if I could. If I could give them negative zero stars, I would, because their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. It has been six months since my $6,000 coffee maker stopped working, and no one at Thermador has taken responsibility for getting it properly repaired. Every time they schedule a technician to come out, the appointment gets canceled. First, they said they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Then, once they finally identified the issue, they kept telling me the part they ordered hadn’t arrived, or that the part arrived broken, or they simply canceled the appointment. And every time they schedule a visit, they give me a six-hour service window, which means I have to take time off work and wait around all day. Six months for what should have been a simple repair! This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience. For a $6,000 appliance, I expected much better customer service and support. I absolutely do NOT recommend Thermador. I would leave a zero star if that were an option. I have no words to explain how awful and unreliable the customer service department is. I have gone six months without my freezer being fixed after I paid over $1000 to have it fixed with nothing but canceled follow up appointments and being put to the back of the schedule after I paid for a job that was not even completed. I will never ever ever buy another Thermador appliance after my experience.

Scheduled an appointment which was almost a month out and the day of the appointment they rescheduled for another week. "technician" called out sick.

We purchased aThermador 48" Freezer Refrigerator from Ferguson Home in Idaho Falls with Bozeman also involved. For over a year I have been trying to get a compersor noise fixed. Two work orders, no call backs from Ferguson recently and no apparent game plan. Before buying the appliances I asked if there was qualified servied avaialable in Teton Valley, the response was yes, but facts are no. There is no service avaiable. Don't buy Thermador w/o service!
