The Real Leather Co.Reviews of therealleathercompany.com

The ease of reviewing the many options available to suit your individual style is just the beginning of the rewarding experience you will have. Going through checkout, tracking the delivery and the culmination of holding your item(s) in your hand is unbelievable. I have done this twice, and will do it again should the need arise.

I worked closely for the last several weeks with Anne at The Real Leather Co., and I was pleasantly surprised how responsive, supportive, and helpful she was throughout the whole process, even thanking me for being responsive and helpful on my end. I took advantage of the company's 30-day return policy and wanted to exchange a bag I got as a gift for another one, and Anne stepped me through shipping back my old bag and selecting and shipping out my new one, keeping me informed at each step of the process including when they had received my old bag, completed inspection of it, when an invoice for the price difference in the new bag was sent out, and when my bag was finally shipped and delivered. They even offered a discount such that the price difference between the two bags was minimal. And the new bag looks great and works much better for my needs. Would highly recommend and had a flawless customer service experience.

The customer service was great. I had an issue and they were in touch with me and assisted with helping to resolve the issue.

Anne was extremely helpful concerning my questions I had about the Jumbo laptop bag. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and wanted something nice for myself. When I came across this bag, I was immediately attracted. Even though I will be saving for the bag and can't purchase right now, she still treated me like a valued customer and answered my questions with appropriate detail. As soon as I'm able to purchase this bag, not only will I enjoy it because of the quality I'm expecting. I will also never forget the welcoming level of support I received from Anne.

I had a return and Rigelle was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I was highly impressed with their customer service and support.

Customer service is awesome (thank you Anne) she really went to extraordinary lengths to keep me informed of every detail during the transit of this totally awesome leather bag. The bag arrived exactly as promised, and is absolutely beautiful. It looks identical to the photograph on their website, no surprises. I am so impressed with the quality of the leather. It's really a good feeling to receive something you order online without being able to physically see it and receive it and it's even better than you hoped for. Great product, great customer service, and great pricing. I will definitely purchase more. Happy customer

ANNE sent me a brand new bag at only the shipping cost.

The product is outstanding and great quality! Rigelle was highly professional and very kind. I appreciated her attention to detail and prompt email responses.
