The Real Leather Co.Reviews of therealleathercompany.com

Rigelle was very helpful and stayed in contact with me during the return process! Thanks so much!

Anne, my sales rep, exemplified professionalism. She understood what I wanted and patiently presented viable options without wasting time by pushing alternatives. Equally as important, she knew Real Leather's product line very well and stayed in touch via email.

Anne was very helpful in assisting me with my query. She was extremely polite and quick to respond.

Rigelle provided fantastic support. I wanted to know details about the Navigator outer pocket fasteners, and she contacted the factory and provided photos, which led to another sale! Great job Rigelle!

I really love the quality of look of the bag. My partner also commented that they like the bag a lot more than other bags I’ve carried. I use it everyday, never leave home without it. The process was seamless and upon receiving my purchase, I wasn’t disappointed.

I finally purchased a backpack for myself, the Standard. After the purchase I didn't receive confirmation of the purchase from The Real Leather Co. I reached out to customer care and received immediate attention. Within a day Rigelle, the person handling my case, solved my issue. It turned out the confirmation had been sent to my other email address that I hadn't checked. Rigelle was quick to handle my concern and very professional.

I needed to make an exchange because the briefcase I bought was too large. The exchange went smoothly and the Daily Briefcase I received is also excellent. Customer support was a pleasure to deal with, as well.

Had an issue with my bag; the zipper stopped working and a clasp fell off. Anne at Customer service was incredibly prompt and helpful, and eventually helped me get it replaced. I am very happy with it now.
