The Real Leather Co.Reviews of therealleathercompany.com

Great little bag!I was skeptical about ordering this bag initially, because of its size. I read the reviews, I wanted a smaller bag that can hold everything, I have several other of their bags and love them. It is a great little bag that actually holds everything from my big bag. I love it ! It really holds more than it seems.

The product was as promised excellent quality deliveed as promised

Throughout a slightly complicated order which included a retiring and a possible exchange, the Support team were efficient and courteous. My problem was resolved entirely to my satisfaction. This is a customer focused company.

It was easy to order and the product was quality. When the first bag wasn’t what my partner wanted, Rigelle in customer service was helpful during the return. We got The Herald as a replacement and it was perfect!

Quick shipping. Communicated with them that I needed it quick and they made it happen.

I am very pleased with everything about my experience shopping with The Real Leather Company. The website is easy to navigate, my questions were pretty much all answered on the site, and shipping was fast. I love the leather fanny pack that I bought. It took a few times to get used to the latch which is a bit different than I'm used to, but I actually really love it now. The leather seems to be high quality and the craftsmanship also seems to be very good. I like the strong metal zippers - hard to find these days. I bought this to use as a vendor at art fairs but find that I want to wear it all the time instead of using a purse. It's comfortable, fits everything I need and doesn't look super bulky. I have only had it for a few weeks now but look forward to using it for many years to come.

Excellent customer service that helped me return a bag that was too small for my needs and exchange it for a larger bag. Joy was my customer service representative and did a great job guiding me through the process.

I ordered The Cross shoulder bag. The Cross is a beautiful bag. The leather is gorgeous and will stand up to wear and tear. There’s not a single misplaced stitch. The workmanship is outstanding. The Cross was too big for my needs. I was looking for something more compact. Ultimately, I decided not to keep the bag. I reached out to The Real Leather Co. through the Contact Us page to request a return and refund. Rigelle answered me within 48 hours to review the options. It’s been an excellent experience working with Rigelle and The Real Leather Co. I will definitely recommend their website to friends and family and check back regularly for graduation and new job gift ideas.
