I ordered “The Retro,” Messenger bag two years ago and absolutely love it and use it as my daily work bag. Recently, after overloading the bag, the metal clasp on the strap broke. When I reached out to see about ordering a new strap, Liz was able to help me get a replacement strap in the original color of my bag which isn’t even being run anymore. I was blown away at the prompt and excellent support I received. I will definitely continue shopping here in the future.

Overall the customer service group and Liz, in particular, were prompt, accurate and innovative. I was searching for an item that was not in their on line catalog. I had a small issue with the bag that I ordered and when I inquired about a repair or replacement, Liz provided stellar customer service. Given the complexity of the issue, she provided thoughtful, genuine concern, provided accurate timelines and explanations of next steps, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I particularly appreciated that she didn't promise the world right away and asked for details about the issue. Along with such a positive experience, It made me feel like the company cares deeply about their customers and craftsmanship, while also being a good steward of their resources. I purchased this gift for my brother and he absolutely loves it. I initially ordered a different bag and because he wanted something different I had to cancel the first order.
