Thank you so much for refunding the amount for the 5% difference in the discount. A happy customer. I am happy with your customer service.

Great customer service. All my questions were answered in a timely manner.

When I had a shipping issue, I reached out to customer service, and Anne Nipis corrected the issue right away. Her response was timely, assuring me of its status until I received the product safely. The company really went above and beyond to help and to make sure I was taken care of.

Beautiful leather products with quality baked into the stitching and styling. Wow! Two purchases so far!

This company has exceptional customer service! My wife bought me a great backpack for my birthday and less than a year later, some of the stitching came undone rendering one of the pockets useless. I reached out to customer service and Rigelle Gomez was fantastic. I sent some pictures and a video to her, and she worked with her team to send me a brand new bag. She kept me updated throughout the entire process via email. My new bag arrived today . . . just fantastic customer service all around. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Anne was knowledgeable and very helpful!

I have been working with a person by the name of Anne who has been very diligent in getting a replacement part sent to me. Her customer care is unparalleled to any that I have worked with in the past. She was not only thorough and helpful but she also took the extra care needed in keeping me up to date as new information came in. Very professional and dedicated to helping me with my situation.

I’ve absolutely loved my leather briefcase, The Skyler. Unfortunately, the main zipper recently became inoperable. I didn’t expect much when I reached out—maybe a small discount on a replacement—but I figured it was worth a try. To my surprise, after a brief conversation and a few photos, Anne from customer service arranged for a brand new Skyler to be sent my way. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Not only are these products crafted to last a lifetime, but this company genuinely stands behind their craftsmanship. I was so impressed with how Anne handled the situation that I went ahead and purchased another briefcase this morning for a colleague who’s moving to a new market. If you’re browsing online and unsure about the quality or support—rest assured, this company excels in both. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is as impressive as the products they make.
