Didn't want to get this membership... got the 2week trial 2 years ago for the old app, got sent emails to my same email address recently saying to do the free trial... thought because it was a new version of the app that must be why I get the two week trial again....chose the yearly option because I thought if I liked it that's what I would want and I could cancel before the 2 weeks if I didn't like the new version of app (there's no other way to see whats in the app) didn't like it after a week went to cancel but couldn't they already charged my credit card. They said they were happy for me to get my money back through Google. Google wouldn't give me money back. Discussed with the team and yes it was my fault for not reading the small print properly but find it all really slimey. Just disappointed, I have brought pretty much every Starrett book and mobility gear. As discussed with the team I'll try and use this app since I had to pay for it (havent gone on in last 2 weeks don't know why they emailed me for a review...) And will never by a ready state or Starrett product again.

The app is still not very user friendly. I use it on my iPad. --Doesn’t work in landscape for title screen. --During the actual video, info is cut off on the bottom of the screen. --Daily maintenance: If I filter for elbows there isn't anything. --Default daily maintenance is just a freeze frame and doesn’t say what the focus is. I have to watch the video to decide if I want to do it or not. --Sometimes when I open app it says I’m logged in on another device and have to re-log in even though it’s not true. --Sometimes I com across a great video and then can't find it again. So now I have a huge list of Favourites that I have to scroll through to find what I'm looking for.

I really like the mobility test feature. Shows me where I’m lacking and I can devote time there. Also features for warm ups and cool downs as well as pain in specific body parts. I feel like the daily maintenances are geared towards my specific mobility issues as well. Excellent app for mobility. I’ve used a lot of other programs and apps and have never stayed consistent. I can hear this towards if I have 5 minutes or an hour so I get at least some work in everyday.

Great but challenge videos don’t have links for follow alongs below like the video says. Also a search bar would be nice. Besides that it’s great

These workouts are not easy and even the 10-minute ones I find difficult to complete. But they are SO worth the effort. Sometimes getting into position, alone, is hard (I'm 72). But the benefits make all the hard work worth it. Keep it up!

I haven't used TRS much except to log onto the laptop and listen to a couple live chats with Kelly. Then I downloaded the APP, I'm not an APP person, WHAT A GAME CHANGER! Daily reminders and so many options of what you can work on for PAIN, Mobility and Maintenance, soooo many useful tools for anyone especially a Masters aging painful athlete. THe monthly cost is so economical! I am blessed to have met Kelly at the CF Games and get his PIC! Thank you DUDE!!! You rock! Carla Vice from Omaha, NE

Had a misunderstanding. Staff was cut and dry with the rules. Did my best to be upfront without talking to a live person during the purchase of the course. Could have been cleaner about the whole process. I own that im the outlier but it would be better for everyone if there were cleaner processes in place.
