After 6 years of struggling with plantar fasciitis this protocol has changed my life. I can not stress how amazing this program is. I have tried everything and was ready to have surgery when I found this. I’ve been through 3 doctors, 3 physical therapist and after my first successful battle with PF it all came back within a year because I never addressed the underlying issues and the second time it came back it never went away. I have been wearing orthotics since my first encounter seven years ago and my feet have been miserable. I had 3 cortisone injections this year and was ready to have surgery in two weeks when I stumbled across this and gave it a shot. Within 15 minutes of the first few steps of the protocol I had more relief than months of physical therapy. Within a day I was walking with minimal pain and my feet were more normal than they had been in years. I’ve been doing various parts of the program everyday now for a little more than a month and my feet are stronger than ever and although I still have bad days, the pain is nowhere near what it was before I started this. I now know how to manage my pain and work on it. Within a few weeks I have gotten rid of my orthotics, gotten rid of my 12mm drop shoes, and I’m walking around barefoot as much as possible with very little discomfort. So when I say that this program is life changing I really mean it. There is nothing like living with chronic pain for years and the fact that a few weeks of this program has made this much of a difference is unbelievable to me. Dr. Starrett thank you for giving me back my ability to move without pain. I hope everyone struggling with PF can find as much success as I have with your program.

I really appreciate what The Ready State is doing. I use the app every morning for daily maintenance and have already used the pain specific section for my knee and have had great results. I have been in the CrossFit space for about 10 years. System maintenance has become a top priority for me as I’m getting older and no one does this better than the legend himself, Kelly Starrett. I will try to make this lengthy review as curt as possible by using bullet points. 1. Long time bodybuilder, so no understanding of proper midline stabilization or torque for decades of lifting. 2. Longtime desk jockey 3. 2 spinal fusions, horrible carpal tunnel syndrome & other repetitive stress problems. 4. 25 years on opioids, much of that on very high doses. 5. The consistent and persistent use of mobility over the course of the last 3 years has allowed me to improve to a point in which I'm completely off opioids, my low back issues have been minimized 90% or more, which in turn has allowed me to focus more on hammies and other needed problems. 6. I feel and am doing better than I have in over 15 years. 7. Kelly, I am your biggest fan.

The amount of useful info in here is invaluable. Here we have one man's entire life devoted to human body and its movement, distilled into videos which are a great tool for self education and self help. I think we sometimes take all this knowledge for granted, but I sure won't! Hence, five stars!

Really well thought through and comprehensive information and exercises for improving mobility.

Very professional video with lots of educational tidbits. It helps to know why I am suffering 😉 I am certain that I would not do half of the exercises at all let alone for the amount of time that I should if I wasn’t following along with the video.

Really loved the program, but I do with there had been more practical use material for the cost of the program, or perhaps had included some mobility gear with the course, especially as I look into the 2nd course. Not sure it's worth the money.
