Plantar fasciitis exercises were very helpful
The exercises for plantar fasciitis (videos and explanations) were helpful. I would have liked them to be organized better, with more structure. For example, maybe a weekly plan could be suggested.

Squat Protocol Review
The squat protocol was as advertised. A systematic approach to improving form and function, which, if followed can improve strength, stability and mobility. Appreciated the long form exercise techniques that followed each session. It certainly improved my ability to perform the squat.

Excellent explanations and demonstrations
The way Kelly explains concepts and shows exactly how to do the exercises and stretches, is excellent. It's easy to understand and straightforward to implement. I feel some improvement already.

Minimal content for price
The protocol was not at all what I expected and I reached out to the support team and received very prompt and courteous responses to correct the situation. Compared to the amount of free information Ready State puts out, this program had very minimal content for it's pricing. I was very disappointed to receive online a link with generic information that is readily available for free through other reputable sources.
