Videos are good
Videos are good, maybe just a touch too long sometimes. Instead of going through the entire exercise, sometimes I just want the instructions and I can do the actual stretching on my own. Also, it seems a bit over priced, I don’t see myself paying this much over the long term. Especially once I know the exercises for my normal workouts.

Expensive and slow shipping services
Frustrated because my order did not arrive in time, I was for a short time in US and wanted to have the products to take to Brazil. Shipping expensive with no easy way of finding out how long it would take for the products to arrive. Wish I had an earlier response from customer service.
