This app is fantastic, it’s so user friendly and looks amazing. The content is second to none, I use it every single day to stay mobile and support my training. Thank you ready state you guys knocked it out of the park!

I love the way the app is set up! I only wish I would be able to search the archives from The app. I am a physical therapist assistant and I have been able to use the techniques I have learned in the Ready State to help teach my patients how to better mobilize as part of their home exercise plan.

I like the video content, but I find myself pausing the video to identify the point where pressure is being applied. It would be ideal to have photos of the targeted areas available for review alongside the videos.

I love the app. It has helped me a great deal with pain as well as recovery after the heavy days. I also love having the mobilizations for rest days.

I always loved the information provided when it was MobilityWOD but this app makes it such a seamless experience. Simple to use and navigate, and I love the break down for pre-, post-, and especially the pain sections. It went from being a membership that I would join for a few months at a time before taking long breaks, to now being one that is a staple in my training. The only suggestions I would make would be: 1) To cycle in new videos into the sections. I spend the most time on the pain section, but I think this is also true for the others. I know there are daily updated videos, so it would be nice to have new ones. I also think it would be incentive to keep the membership. As I get familiar with all of the different videos, I may cancel my membership down the line, since I don't use it as often. But if there's new exercises in the same easy-to-use sections, it would keep me coming back. 2) The music for the pain section is a bit much, especially if you're watching a video or two a day, as I was when I first got the app. It's already set on autoplay, so I hear it every time I go to a new section. It's not a bad song, but over and over, it becomes a bit abrasive.

4 star content that ties back well to Supple Leopard which helps for me. 2 star app which lacks a search function and does not align favourites etc with the web site. I don’t want to use the web site. I want to use the app in my phone and appreciate the download feature so I can watch while flying etc. The welcome emails in first 2 weeks were good but sadly the videos are not available on the app (I raised this with tech support) that rather disengaged me from the beginning, although I and now 2 months in and starting to browse more. The pain navigator view is good although I was a little confused as my pain felt like middle of my shoulder - mostly during lateral raise. I am still exploring this and from other videos on overhead archetype, conclude that my root problem is with external rotation. The mobility section is good with 10/20/30 minute options but I would appreciate a bit more programming for a novice: Monday, Tuesday.... so I could just follow a beginner, intermediate, advanced routine. I really want to love this content, and I know I need to work on mobility (51 year old desk jockey who lifts weights as primary exercise), but it is not quite there

It's hard to justify charging for access to a library of videos, when there are thousands of stretching and yoga videos on YouTube. I was interested in the functionality of "tell me what hurts" --> "do these movements to loosen that". Not a rudimentary filtering functionality on a library of generic (and overly long) stretching videos. So while I was looking for: "your lateral hip and leg pain indicates problems with the performis and gleuteus medius, here are targetted routines....". What I got was a very high level "these videos are tagged with [hips]" Also, please don't make me sit through 3 minutes of useless chattter before getting to the instructions. I'm watching a video about a leg stretch, I don't need to hear about how it's a great way to stretch my legs, or the names and history of the demonstrators... Just get to the point.
