Physical Improvement & Psychological Gains
After following Kelly's work a bit on Youtube and being super impressed I finally signed up for the 14 day ankle/foot challenge and the 2 weeks free trial. Once I was inside the Virtual Mobility Trainer resource I became totally hooked. I'm seeing awesome results, I feel better physically and empowered mentally, learning a ton. In particular during the time of COVID where I don't have my bodyworkers regularly this is the best thing ever. Highly recommend.

I bought the subscription but still can…
I bought the subscription but still can not access some areas. bought some tools to add to what I have on hand so I should be ready to go. 4 stars only becuase I am tech challenged and have a hard time finding what I need to do.
